Time time time, see what's become of me

I'm such a bad blogger. I really do have the best intentions to write, daily even, but I have a list of excuses as long as my arm. And you know what I am going to list them, because then my lovelies you have a post to read, and I will hopefully be one step closer to dissolving my writer's block.

Excuse #1 is time. It's not even so much as finding the time, but I'll sit down in front of the screen with every intention of writing, but before I start I try to catch up on the other blogs I follow and then DING DING free time is over and a meal needs to be cooked, a baby attended to or something else that is obviously much more important than the world wide web.

Excuse #2 is writer's block. It's not like there has been nothing to write about.

EG. January - my birthday (BLAH) . OBAMA (YAY)

February - my "baby" sis turning the big 3.0. - devastating bush fires that were a bit too close to home for my liking

March - Phil starting his stint off working away from home for a few months, due to the bushfires and me being a single mum 6 days a week!!!!

April - Dealing with  life as a part time single mum. Thankfully I didn't post much here because it probably would have been all "woe is me, blah blah blah" Sadie starting solids, which resulted in me wishing I had shares in Napisan as one of her favourite foods is pumpkin. The arrival of Sadie's first tooth, which in turn also meant the departure of the good sleeper

May - Sadie's christening. My first mother's day. Thank you Sadie for having exquisite tast and giving me my Marc Jacobs handbag. I <3 class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> post of it's own, the practicality, the buttery soft leather Oh where was I.

June - The never ending tale of the business that didn't. Tied up lots of loose ends to officially end the business partnership for House Of MayBel, the doomed clothing label that could have made millions, but different points of view and life changing moments (kids) but and end to that. If only it was over though, I still have piles of boxes in my garage to sell. Totally have to get on top of that!!!

July - Watching as my parents pack up the house they have lived in for over 25 years. Such mixed emotions. Again that deserves a whole post of it's own (maybe we'll look into that soon).

OK so at this point I have to tell you it has taken me three days to write this and I'm sure I have forgotten a million different things, I mean I haven't even added August to the above list, but I think I need to rethink my thoughts on my first excuse as time seems to have gotten away from me again. Seriously I started writing this on Tuesday morning, it's now Thursday and I am trying to finish this as I get ready to go to work, wait for Sadie to wake up and Oh shit I need to have breakfast before I through some towels on the line. 

So there you go a post for you to read, that probably has lots of spelling mistakes and such, but I'm posting it without re-reading otherwise this will sit here until Saturday xoxo
